Update Featured Flavors

Flavors on the Featured Collection are available now and in the next rotation.
Flavors that appear on this list are "Active" and tagged with "Featured"

When: This should be done at least 7 days prior to the launch of the next flavor rotation.

1. Check the Feature Collection Page and compare flavors with the Featured Flavor List above.
   If a flavor appears in the Featured Collection on the website but NOT on the upcoming Featured Flavor List, it needs to be switched to the Limited Flavor List.
2. Go to the Product Page, select the flavor.
3. If a flavor needs to be removed from the Featured Collection:
   • Remove "Featured" tag
4. If the flavor should be moved to the Limited Collection:
   • Remove "Featured" tag
   • Add "Limited" tag
   • Add end date of this rotation. Add Tag: "Limited: [date] - [date]"
     Example: Limited: Jan 01 - Jan 14
5. To add a flavor to the Featured Collection:
   • Product Status: Active
   • Add tag: "Featured"
   • Remove tags: "Limited" and "Limited: [date] - [date]"

Update Limited Flavors

Flavors on this list are only available on a two week rotation and removed after the rotation is over.
They are listed on the website with a date range indicating the first and last day this flavor is available.

1. Add the Limited Flavor List to the Limited Collection.
2. Go to your Product Page, select the flavor.
3. Add the necessary Tags.
   To appear in this collection, the Product Status is "Active" and has the following 2 Tags:
   • "Limited"
   • "Limited: [date] - [date]"
     Example: Limited: Jan 01 - Jan 14
4. Update theme Template:
   
   • If the flavor is avaialble for pre-order/order
     Theme Template: 0-limited-flavor
   • If the flavor is NOT avaialble
     Theme Template: 0-coming-soon

Add Order Blackout Period

1. Open the Delivery Pickeasy App, Settings page
2. Scroll down to "Product Overrides". Click "Add product override"
3. Select Product Override Type: Blackout specific dates and times
4. Product Tag: Enter the newly created "Limited [date] - [date]" tag
5. How do you want to blackout? Select "Date range" radial button.
6. Add 2 Blackout periods (one before and one after rotation timespan)
   • Before: Select at least 3 days prior to first pre-order day, click "+ Add".
   • After: Select at least 7 days after the rotation end date, click "+ Add".

Update Dipp'd Boxes

1. Update media image.
   Drag and drop. Rearrange order of image by dragging. The Flavor list should always be first.
2. Product Status: Active
3. Update tag: "Limited: [date] - [date]"
   Example: Limited: Jan 01 - Jan 14
4. Update theme Template:
   
   • If the box is avaialble for pre-order/order
     Theme Template: flavor-option-6
   • If the box is NOT avaialble
     Theme Template: 0-box-coming-soon
5. Update Meta Fields:
   • Add allergy warning is applicable. Remove Allergy warning if none.
     Example: Ferrero Rocher contains hazelnuts.
   • Add Flavor 1 - Flavor 6 in alphabetical order.
